Professional growth is essential for any working professional. It helps one to stay ahead of the competition, keeps one motivated, and allows one to remain in demand in their respective field. Professional growth also helps to build a successful career and provides opportunities for advancement. Our presenter Josh Dickerson masterfully shared his insight with us on how to maintain professional growth. Josh is a Colorado native who currently serves as Senior Project Engineer at Martin and Martin Inc.

How do you grow as a professional?

Professional growth is achieved through continuing education, attending conferences, networking with peers, and taking on new challenges. It is important for professionals to continually learn new skills and hone their existing ones in order to stay competitive and relevant in an ever-changing job market. Professional growth also allows individuals to develop new perspectives on their chosen field which can lead to more creative solutions and better problem-solving abilities.
